You may encounter an error message for various reasons when trying to enter a car park via our application:
- If you lose your connection, try connecting to the BePark car park wifi.
- If the error comes from the server, do not hesitate to contact our emergency line.
- If access is blocked due to an unpaid bill or recurring warnings, contact support for further explanation.
- If your vehicle is too far from the barrier, make sure you are in front of the correct car park.
