How does BePark work ?

BePark simplifies your parking experience by providing easy and guaranteed access to our car parks πŸ…ΏοΈ

After subscribing to a monthly subscription, or making a one-time reservation, our application becomes your virtual remote control, allowing automatic opening of barriers or entrance doors to car parks.

How to do it?

Via the BePark app 🀳 :
  • Open the BePark application (available for download on iOS and Android).
  • Select the car park you wish to enter.
  • When you are in front of the door, press the "Enter by car" button to enter and "Exit by car" button to exit.
  • Just wait for the door to be completely open before entering or exiting.

When the route is specific for entering/exiting on foot, a 3rd "Pedestrian" button will be visible in your app!

Via phone call πŸ“ž :
  • If you do not have a smartphone or available 3G connection, you can access the car park by calling 02 894 23 10 (in Belgium and Luxembourg) or 01 82 88 53 20 (in France).
  • The automated answering machine BePark will recognize that the call is coming from the phone number registered on your BePark account and will automatically open the gate for you.

If you have multiple parking subscriptions linked to your phone number, the system will offer you to choose between the different accesses!

Via badge 🏷️ :

Some of our car parks operate only via badge opening. In this case, we will send you a badge by post when you take out your subscription πŸ“¬

And if I'm stuck?

🚨 In case of connection problems or malfunction of the application, an emergency number is available 24/7.

This number is displayed on the BePark panel at the entrance/exit of each car park, to allow you to get remote help ☎️

The emergency line is sometimes very busy, you may have to wait a little, or try calling us back in a few minutes. β†’ To be able to help you quickly, be ready to communicate your license plate number registered on your BePark account β†’ a unique 6-digit code is indicated on each BePark entrance/exit panel and will allow us to locate you in a few seconds.

Ah, one last thing!

Our parking spaces are not assigned, which means that you can park in any space marked with the BePark insignia πŸ‘€ in the reserved car park!
