Will you really contact me by phone?
- It happens that we are notified on an emergency basis of technical interventions on the parking lot by the owner, forcing us to ask to move certain vehicles.
- If your vehicle is badly parked or hinders the proper functioning of the parking lot, we will also try to reach you by phone.
Please note, in order to be able to access the parking lot via a call to the BePark automated answering service, your phone number registered on your account must match the number from which you are calling the automated answering service.
How do I update my phone number?
To change or add a phone number, you have two options.
Via our website ๐
- Click on the drop-down menu at the top right of the home page and select the "My account" page.
- Choose the "Profile" section.
- Under the heading "My mobile phone numbers", click on the icon to the left of the number to modify it, or on "Add" to register a new number.
- Save your changes by clicking on "Edit" or "Add".
Via the BePark application ๐ฑ
- Open the BePark application.
- Go to the "My account" area.
- Click on the pencil icon to the right of your phone number.
- Enter the new mobile phone number.
- Confirm by clicking on the icon at the top right of your screen.
- If you wish to change your main phone number, click on the cross next to the old number to delete it.
Watch out! You can not directly modify a registered number, you must first add a new number then you can delete the old one.
