It is entirely possible to receive your invoices in the name of your company, and to include your VAT number on them.
How to do it?
You need to register your company details 💼 on your personal BePark area.
- Log in to our website BePark.eu,
- Click on the dropdown menu at the top right of the homepage and go to the "My Account" page,
- Choose the "Payment" section,
- Tick the box "Add company billing details (VAT.)" in the "Company Data" box.
- Please fill in all the required information.
- Click on "Confirm" to save your request.
Please note, once your details have been changed, only your future invoices will be updated. It is not possible to modify your past invoices by updating your company details today.
My VAT number is rejected by the system, what to do?
It happens that new Belgian VAT numbers are rejected by our website.
