Your email and password are necessary to log in to your BePark personal space and/or your BePark application.
Password
Don't panic if you've forgotten your password or if you want to change it:
To recover a forgotten password :
- Go to the BePark.eu website.
- Click on "Login" at the top right of the home page.
- Select "Forgot Password".
- You will receive an email containing a modification link. Click on this link.
- Enter your new password and validate.
- You can now log in with your new password.
To change your password :
- Go to the BePark.eu website.
- Click on the drop-down menu at the top right of the home page and go to the "My Account" page.
- Go to the "Profile" tab.
- In the "Change Password" section, click on the "Change Password" button.
- Enter your current password as well as the new one.
- Click on "Modify".
- Your new password is saved and you can now use it to log in.
Be careful! Note that your password must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 number, regardless of the procedure followed.
Login email
If you wish to modify or find the email address used to log into your account/app, contact our support team by email at support@bepark.eu
โ We will be able to find your account in our system using other information about you:
- license plate number,
- first and last name,
- phone number, or
- invoice number
If you wish to receive your invoices at an email address different from your login, it's possible! Let us know by email at support@bepark.eu
