My invoice seems higher than expected ?

At BePark, we have an accurate billing system in place to ensure a transparent and fair process. Our services are billed on the 1st business day of the month for the current month.

It's my first BePark bill

If you receive your first bill after subscribing to a subscription and you started your subscription during the previous month, you may notice that your bill is higher than the monthly amount of your subscription.

How is this possible? ๐Ÿง

To explain this phenomenon, it should be understood that when you subscribe to a subscription during the month, you are directly debited the amount of your subscription corresponding to the pro-rata for the covered period. For example, if you started your subscription on August 5, you will be debited for the period from August 5 to 31.

Then, during the following month, you will be debited the total amount of your monthly subscription.

โ†’ The first invoice you will receive will be dated the 1st business day of the month following the purchase of your subscription.

This invoice will include:

  • the pro-rata of your first month (for example, from August 5 to 31) - which has already been paid, but not yet invoiced
  • the new current month - which has not yet been debited from your account.

Where can I find the detail of these pro-rata calculations?

The detail of the total amount of your invoice can be found on the second page of your invoice. You will see a "pro-rata" line that corresponds to the number of days of use of our services, from the 1st day of your subscription until the last day of the first month of use.

For example : If you started your subscription on August 5, you will receive an invoice on September 1, which will include the 22 days of use in August (pro-rata) and the amount of the September subscription.

It is important to note that at the time of your purchase, you have already paid the amount of the pro-rata of your first month of subscription by credit card or by direct debit.

Upon receipt of your first invoice, you will be only debited the amount not yet paid, that is, the amount of the new current month.

โ†’ This invoice serves both as proof of payment for the amount of the pro-rata of the first month and as a notice of direct debit for the new current month.

I received a BePark invoice while I do not have any current reservations

You may receive a BePark invoice even if you do not have any current reservations. The invoices corresponding to the BePark reservations are issued each 1st business day of the month following the end date of your reservation.

It is therefore possible that you receive a BePark invoice "long after" you last used our services.

For example : If you reserved a parking space from January 4 to February 2: โ†’ you paid the total amount of your reservation at the time of purchase. โ†’ you will receive your BePark invoice for this reservation on March 1.

There is no need to worry if this happens. Your reservation has already been paid, this invoice simply serves as proof of purchase.
