💸 Our accounting department is responsible for issuing BePark invoices at the beginning of each month, more precisely each first working day of the month, and this for the current month.
Reservations
In the case where you have made a one-time reservation for a parking space, you will receive your invoice at the beginning of the month following the end date of your reservation, i.e. the first working day of that month.
For example: if you have booked a parking space for the period from January 25 to February 3, you will receive your invoice on the first working day of March. This is a procedure we follow to ensure efficient and orderly management.
Subscriptions
In the case where you have chosen a subscription, the situation is slightly different. You will receive your invoice on the first working day of each month until the end of the duration of your contract. This invoice covers the parking period for the current month.
For example: the invoice you receive on the first working day of January covers the parking period on your parking from January 1 to January 31. This is a way for us to ensure that everything remains clear and transparent in our management.
