My account is blocked, why ?

‼️ The suspension of your account is a measure that prevents you from using our services. In other words, you will no longer have access to your parking space as long as the suspension is in effect. ‼️

Why am I blocked ? What led to the suspension of my account ?

The suspension of your account can be attributed to several factors. Among them, we can mention :

🤑 Due to unpaid invoice(s)

Every 1st working day of the month, we issue your invoice with the intention to debit the amount due directly from your bank account.

However, it sometimes happens that this transaction is refused by your bank for various reasons, including:

  • Insufficient balance in your account,
  • A spending cap that has been exceeded,
  • An expired credit card,
  • A transaction blocked by the bank,
  • A dispute of the transaction on your part.

In these cases, and if you have a credit card as payment method, we try again to debit the amount on the 2nd working day of the month.

→ If this new attempt also fails, we are forced to block your account until you make payment of your subscription by bank transfer.

A reminder email is sent to you, indicating the steps to follow to resolve this issue.

✅ We can then proceed to unblock your account once you have provided us with proof of payment.

💡
If your credit card has expired, don't forget to update the information related to this card in the settings of your customer account to avoid this kind of problem in the future.
😵 Non-compliance with internal regulations

It is important for us to maintain order and security in our car parks. If we find that you are not respecting the rules of use of our car parks, we will take measures to ensure compliance with these rules.

A first warning will be sent to you by email in case of non-compliance with these rules. This is a measure we take to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the comfort of all our users.

By abuse on your part, we reserve the right to block your access to our parking from the 2nd warning. Abuses can include, but are not limited to, non-compliance with time slots and general conditions.
