We understand that an unforeseen event may occur and force you to cancel a reservation made in advance on our site.
Attention! You must have made this request to our support team at least 24 hours before the start date of your reservation otherwise the cancellation will be refused.
How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel a reservation, you must make the request by email to our support team: support@bepark.eu
Please provide us with the following information concerning your reservation:
- First and last name of the person who made the reservation,
- License plate registered on your BePark account,
- Address of the parking in question,
- Start and end dates of your reservation.
Will I be fully refunded for my canceled reservation?
Following your email request, our support team will confirm by e-mail if your request was able to be accepted and we will proceed with the refund of your reservation in its entirety as soon as possible.
