How to terminate my subscriptions ?

๐Ÿ” The validity of your BePark subscription is automatically renewed every last day of the month for the following month, which guarantees you to benefit from your parking space for an indefinite period.

When can I cancel my subscription?

After 3 months of subscription, you have the possibility to cancel your subscription at any time via your BePark account.

The cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month you selected.

How to do it?

To cancel your subscription, visit our site BePark.eu,

  • Log in using your email address and password,
  • Click on the drop-down menu at the top right of the homepage and go to the "My account" page,
  • Go to the "Purchases" section,
  • Click on the icon to the right of the information about your purchase.
  • Click on "Cancel my subscription".
  • Choose the date you want your subscription to stop.
  • Confirm.

Log in to your BePark account from a web page. The handling is not possible from your BePark application.

What happens after cancellation?

After cancelling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email containing the end date of your subscription. From this date, you will no longer have access to the car park via your BePark account.

Attention: all payments in progress or months already paid are not refunded after the cancellation of the subscription.

I'm having trouble cancelling my subscription

If you are having trouble cancelling your subscription, please contact our customer service. We are available to help you from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 12:30am and 2pm to 5pm.

Can I temporarily suspend my subscription?

It is currently not possible to temporarily suspend your subscription. If you do not wish to use your parking space for a certain period, we advise you to cancel your subscription and start a new subscription when you will need the parking space again.
