Why did my payment fail ?

For a booking, payment is automatically deducted in full at the time of booking.

For a subscription, an initial payment is made on a pro-rata basis from the start date. Then, bank debits are made on the first working day of each month.

If your payment fails, it can be for various reasons:

Insufficient balance in your bank account

In this case, a second attempt to withdraw will be set up. If it doesn't work, you will receive reminders by email until the payment is made.

Once you have made the payment, please send us proof at the email address support@bepark.eu. We can then unlock your account so you can enjoy our services without interruption.

An expired card or bank details

In this case, you will just need to update your payment information directly on your BePark customer account (how to do it?). Once this is done, please make the payment and send proof to the email address support@bepark.eu. We can then unlock your account so you can enjoy our services without interruption.
